Help us build a greener future! Connexus is looking for a Sustainability Lead to drive our environmental and decarbonisation goals. You’ll lead initiatives to reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency, and achieve key targets like EPC C by 2030 and net zero by 2050.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and deliver sustainability strategies and projects
- Embed green principles into asset management and procurement
- Secure funding and partnerships for energy efficiency improvements
- Monitor KPIs and report progress on sustainability goals
What we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of sustainability, renewable energy, and decarbonisation
- Experience in project delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Degree in Sustainability or Environmental Management (ISEP desirable)
