Vacancy: Property Surveyor
Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Property Surveyor, wishing to play an active role in the delivery of our Asset Management Strategy? Do you have the ability to identify, maintain, and improve our housing stock while delivering a customer-focused approach?
This role will primarily involve undertaking disrepair, damp, and stock condition surveys to determine any work required. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing stock condition, Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS), and energy efficiency
- Producing energy performance certificates (EPC)
- Managing a small estate/maintenance budget
- Inspecting disrepairs, damp, and other property remediation works
- Demonstrating experience in surveying and/or inspecting, with knowledge of relevant health & safety legislation and Building Regulations
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills and high ICT literacy
- Maintaining a professional attitude across duties and team working
- Ability to travel throughout the business areas as required
