We're looking for an experienced PMO and Change Manager to lead Connexus' Project Management Office and help drive the successful delivery of strategic change across the is an exciting opportunity to shape how projects are selected, prioritised and delivered, ensuring our investment in change achieves the greatest benefit for customers, colleagues and the business.
Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and senior stakeholders, you'll play a leading role in governance, portfolio management, change adoption and delivery excellence across both IT and business change the Role As PMO & Change Manager, you'll lead and develop the PMO function, providing oversight of the organisation's portfolio of projects and change initiatives.

A recognised Project, Programme or Portfolio Management qualification, or equivalent role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
