You will directly line-manage a team of in-house trades delivering responsive repairs and planned maintenance, ensuring high standards of customer service.
You will coach, mentor and brief the team, ensure induction and training, oversee contractor engagement and quality audits, and uphold Connexus safety policies and procedures.
