Job Description:

The vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 individuals to join our team as Case Co-Ordinators. This is a new role within our Healthy Homes team to address damp, mould, and condensation (DMC) issues and meet the requirements of Awaab’s Law, effective from 27th October. The team will manage all DMC cases from start to finish, ensuring a seamless service for our customers experiencing problems in their homes.

As a Healthy Homes Case Co-Ordinator, you will serve as the primary contact for customers reporting damp and mould concerns. Your responsibilities include logging, triaging, and tracking cases according to internal protocols and regulatory obligations. You will also schedule property inspections and remedial works with contractors and in-house teams, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.

You will ensure the end-to-end process flows smoothly and that customers are kept informed at all stages. You will liaise with other teams to support and update decanted tenants, and assist with performance reporting and follow-up calls to ensure homes remain free from DMC after treatment. This role is crucial in providing the best care and support to customers dealing with DMC issues.

To succeed, you should have empathy and respect for customers with DMC issues, be proactive in your work, and be able to plan work effectively (training on our system will be provided). You must ensure timely and regular communication with customers, and have experience in housing, property maintenance, repairs coordination, or a customer service role. Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with excellent note-taking and communication abilities, are essential.

This position is suitable for hybrid working, combining home-based and office work at our Head Office in Craven Arms, with travel to other offices as needed.
