The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking to recruit an Electrician-Approved within the electrical compliance team covering our housing portfolio. This position requires a person who is self‑motivated with strong organisational skills, excellent communications, and a track record of providing a positive customer experience.
Your main roles will include:
- Installing and upgrading extractor fans, PIVs, and other ventilation systems.
- Carrying out EICRs.
- Electrical repairs.
- Smoke alarm system upgrades.
- Consumer unit changes.
These workstreams include Responsive Repairs, Voids, Decent Homes, and Compliance. You will need to demonstrate a good understanding of current health and safety legislation, building regulations, and a willingness to continue to develop your knowledge and skills.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- NVQ level 3
- 18th Edition BS7671
- Full Clean Driving Licence
Desirable Qualification:
- 2391 Testing and Inspecting (or equivalent)
