This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within our Property Performance Team within Asset Management. You'll coordinate property programmes, manage vital asset data, support building safety and investment projects, and help ensure our homes remain compliant, well-maintained and fit for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate asset management, surveying and planned investment activities
- Maintain accurate property, compliance and stock condition data
- Support the delivery of building safety, disrepair, insurance and damp & mould programmes
- Assist with the management of HHSRS risks and the operational requirements of Awaab's Law
- Monitor performance, produce reports and identify service improvements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors to deliver excellent customer outcomes
- Lead and support a small team, promoting high standards and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised individual with a passion for property services, data quality and customer outcomes. You'll have excellent coordination skills, an eye for detail, and a good understanding of social housing, including compliance, building safety, HHSRS and the requirements of Awaab's Law.
This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
