Are you an experienced construction professional looking to deliver high-quality investment projects that make a real difference to homes and communities? Connexus is seeking a Project Surveyor to join our Asset Management Investment Team. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for delivering a portfolio of planned investment projects from early procurement through to final handover. You’ll play a key role in shaping the quality and sustainability of our homes ensuring work is safe, compliant, customer-focused, and delivered to the highest standard.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Building Maintenance/construction degree, OND, HND or equivalent
  • Professional qualification (or working towards) e.g. RICS, CIOB, RIBA – or equivalent
  • NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety
  • Detailed knowledge of the Building Regulations and Health and Safety legislation, particularly the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015
  • Experience and ability to establish, manage and control substantial budgets
  • Demonstrable and proven project leadership experience
  • Good knowledge of computer systems especially Microsoft Word and Excel as well as experience of using asset management databases and computer-aided design (CAD)

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
