With significant recent investment, this is a crucial moment to join an ambitious organisation with strong governance and a clear long‑term vision. We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team and contribute widely. You’ll provide strategic leadership across Finance, Treasury, Governance & Risk, Audit & Assurance, Asset Management & Development. Playing a central role in ensuring financial sustainability and optimising investment capacity, you’ll enable us to deliver more and better homes, improve services, and drive efficiency.
This is an opportunity to lead our long‑term funding strategy, steward lender relationships and shape the financial and commercial appraisal of major programmes. You will be a qualified accountant and member of ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA, with extensive strategic financial leadership experience in organisations of significant scale and complexity, with experience of leading modernisation and efficiency programmes. You’ll bring strong insight into effective governance, treasury, risk management and capital investment. Familiarity with social housing finance and an understanding of how housing associations are funded and regulated are highly desirable.
