You will join our Asset Management team to support the delivery of high‑quality, safe and sustainable homes. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting project and customer requirements, maintaining accurate records and using digital asset management systems.

What You'll Do
- Support the contract teams in the effective delivery of the investment programme
- Provide day‑to‑day assistance to the Contract Manager
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records using digital asset management systems
- Liaise professionally and effectively with residents, contractors and internal teams
Training Outcome
This apprenticeship is designed to help you develop the skills and experience needed for a future career in Asset Management. Subject to business needs and vacancies, there may be opportunities to apply for Contract Manager or similar roles on completion.
