What you’ll be doing:
- Winning new business and nurturing relationships with our clients
- Partnering with clients to create recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives
- Utilising professional networks and LinkedIn to source candidates for niche roles
- Writing job ads that grab attention and attract the right candidates
- Screening and matching candidates with roles, focusing on quality over quantity
- Keeping up to date with the labour market and advising clients of emerging trends
- Creating social media posts and carrying out marketing activity to promote the business
Who we’re looking for:
- 3+ years recruitment experience, ideally at a senior level
