We’re looking for an experienced Outdoor Adventure Operations Manager to take charge of day-to-day activity operations, lead a dynamic team, and ensure unforgettable — and safe — visitor experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting instructors across a range of outdoor activities
- Overseeing ropes courses, zip lines, and adventure programming
- Managing health & safety, training, inspections, and risk assessments
- Getting hands-on with customers and events — no two days are the same!
- Helping plan team-building and seasonal events
- Manage activity records and financial procedures
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years in a management role in the outdoor adventure industry
- Ropes and zip line experience (with qualification)
- Strong knowledge of H&S, team leadership, and training
- First Aid (adventure-related) + Access NI/CRB
- Full driving licence and own transport
- A confident, positive, and adventurous mindset!
Nice-to-Haves:
- Event planning, watersports, paintball, archery, animal care, glamping, PPE inspection, or solid DIY skills.
