At Connexus UK, we represent a specialist in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, fire protection, prefabricated MEP utility cupboards, and innovative off-site solutions. Our client delivers tailored MEP solutions across residential new build projects nationwide. They are seeking a MEP Site / Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple live projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the installation of Mechanical Services
- Attend progress meetings and produce timely progress reports
- Report directly to the Project Manager, ensuring seamless communication
- Enforce RAMS and ensure works comply with client and company standards
- Coordinate material deliveries to align with programme requirements
- Manage day-to-day M&E operations on site
- Maintain and update all project reporting, planning, and documentation
- Communicate effectively across all levels, including clients, commercial teams, subcontractors, and site operatives
- Oversee general site administration, H&S records, and site upkeep
- Work closely with the commercial team on project cost control and variations
- Deliver tasks and projects to deadline with a strong, proactive work ethic
Requirements
- Proven Site Management experience, managing multiple projects and liaising with clients and subcontractors
- Strong time-management and accurate record-keeping skills
- Time served plumber
- Recognised Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH, SMSTS, SSSTS, etc.) highly advantageous
- Site Management CSCS card (or willingness to work towards obtaining one)
- Experience with district heating schemes is a strong advantage
- Ability to read, interpret, and comment on technical plumbing and electrical schematics
- Strong analytical approach, able to identify errors and propose effective solutions
