We are looking for an experienced Transformation & Programme Director to lead a major enterprise-wide IT General Controls (ITGC) transformation. This role focuses on strategic delivery, governance, and enterprise change – not hands-on technical implementation.
Key Focus Areas
- Lead the design and delivery of a large-scale ITGC transformation across IAM, PAM, GRC, Disaster Recovery, Change Management, and Application Controls.
- Drive business integration, ensuring outcomes are embedded into operations, systems, and culture.
- Establish strong programme governance, ensuring transparency, risk management, and executive alignment.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and customer-side programme directors to ensure collaboration and shared accountability.
- Act as the executive interface for programme reporting and communications.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success leading complex, multi-year transformation programmes in regulated environments.
- Strong background in programme governance, risk, and change management (MSP, PRINCE2, Agile at Scale, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Demonstrated ability to integrate outcomes into business operations and deliver sustainable value.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at C-suite/board level.
- Strategic thinker with foresight to anticipate risks and dependencies.
- Degree in Business/Management (Master's an advantage).
