Our client, a well-established and highly regarded joinery manufacturer based in Northern Ireland, is seeking a team of experienced Bespoke Joiner/Carpenters to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality, custom-made joinery projects in a professional workshop environment.

The Role

  • You will be involved in the manufacture and/or installation of bespoke joinery products, working from technical drawings through to completion.
  • The role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a skilled team.

Requirements

  • Time-served joiner with NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Proven ability to manufacture bespoke joinery from concept to completion with close attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of joinery materials, with experience working with laminates, veneers, and solid timber
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and flexibility to undertake occasional overtime during peak production periods
  • Must already hold, or be willing to obtain, UKVI IELTS with a minimum score of 5.5 in each section
  • Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in the manufacture or installation of high-quality bespoke joinery
  • Experience within the commercial fit-out sector
  • Previous experience working with veneers, including veneered panels and high-quality finishing techniques
  • Basic AutoCAD knowledge
  • Experience in preparing cutting lists
  • Experience incorporating glass, metal, or stone elements into joinery products
