The Opportunity
Connexus UK is recruiting a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, growing accounts, and delivering real value to customers particularly within the engineering space. You will be trusted to manage your own region, work autonomously, and play a key role in expanding market presence while being fully supported by a strong, established business.
Your Role
- Manage, maintain, and grow existing customer accounts and long-term relationships
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your region
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
- Increase market share through proactive sales activity
- Support customers with expert advice on the product range
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Hardworking, honest, and genuinely customer-focused
- Confident, with strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised, disciplined, and adaptable
- Comfortable presenting and communicating at all levels
- Energetic, motivated, and passionate about sales
- In possession of a valid driving licence
- Experienced in sales (welding or engineering knowledge is highly desirable)
