We are recruiting an experienced Paint Sprayer on behalf of a UK-based client in the agricultural and construction machinery sector. The role involves preparing and spray-painting machinery and components to a high professional standard, ensuring all equipment is finished to specification and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare machinery, parts, and components for painting (sanding, masking, priming)
- Mix paints to correct colour and consistency
- Spray machinery and parts for a high-quality finish
- Apply protective coatings where required
- Inspect completed work and correct any defects
- Maintain painting equipment and ensure a clean, safe workspace
- Follow all health and safety and PPE requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience as a paint sprayer in agricultural, construction, automotive, or plant machinery sectors
- Strong knowledge of paint preparation, mixing, and spraying techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently
- Understanding of relevant health and safety procedures
Visa & Language Requirement
