An established and growing business in the technology / managed services space is seeking an experienced Marketing & Content Specialist to join its team in Magherafelt. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on B2B marketer who can combine strategic thinking with strong content creation skills. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing activity that directly supports business growth, lead generation, and brand development.
This role will suit someone who is confident creating engaging content, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and translating technical or service-led offerings into clear, compelling messaging for a business audience. Please note: previous B2B marketing experience is essential for this role.
The Opportunity
This is a varied and highly visible role where you will be involved in both planning and execution. You will work closely with senior leadership and commercial teams to build marketing activity that aligns with sales objectives and helps drive pipeline growth. You will have the chance to take ownership of campaigns, content, digital presence, and brand development, with genuine scope to grow as the business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns that support business development and sales growth.
- Create high-quality B2B content for digital channels including website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Build and manage a content calendar aligned to wider commercial objectives.
- Produce engaging visual marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, digital assets, and branded collateral.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, tracking engagement and performance.
- Maintain website content and ensure consistency in messaging, brand, and SEO best practice.
- Create video and multimedia content from concept through to editing and publishing.
- Support the delivery of events, webinars, exhibitions, and co-marketing activity.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide reporting / insights.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to turn technical or service-led offerings into clear, commercial messaging.
- Ensure all marketing activity is aligned with the wider sales strategy and business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a marketing role.
- Proven B2B marketing experience is essential.
- Experience marketing within technology, IT, professional services, managed services, telecoms, software, engineering, or another service-led B2B environment would be highly advantageous.
- Strong content creation skills across written, visual, and digital formats.
- Experience creating campaigns that support lead generation, brand awareness, and sales enablement.
- Strong copywriting ability, with confidence writing for business audiences.
- Comfortable working with technical or complex service offerings and turning them into accessible, engaging content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently.
Skills & Tools
- Experience in some / most of the following would be beneficial: Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar), WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and SEO fundamentals.
- HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar email / automation platforms.
- LinkedIn and other social media scheduling / management tools.
- Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and campaign reporting tools.
- Video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut.
- Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads / Meta Ads experience is advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills for reporting and presentations.
