Connexus UK is delighted to be working with a well-established company that supplies a wide range of tools and equipment across the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Field-Based Merchandiser to join their expanding team.
The Role
This is a dynamic and varied position where you will act as a brand representative, ensuring displays and promotional materials are delivered, installed, and maintained to a high standard across a wide customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering and setting up point-of-sale stands and displays.
- Supporting the rollout of promotional campaigns and new product launches.
- Gathering customer feedback and monitoring competitor activity.
- Providing regular updates and reports to management.
- Assisting with trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events across the UK and Ireland.
About You
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills.
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-focused and commercially aware.
- Able to work flexibly, including occasional additional hours.
Essential:
- Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel (up to 3 days per week).
- Ability to work from our Upperlands base up to 2 days per week.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with using social media platforms.
- UK work eligibility without sponsorship.
Desirable:
- Previous merchandising experience.
- Knowledge of tools (training provided).
