Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage a shared finance mailbox
- General office administration
- Accounts Receivable: sales invoices, credit notes, receipts, month-end statements
- Accounts Payable: purchase orders, supplier invoices, reconciliations, payments
- Process credit applications for new customers
- Assist with weekly and monthly management reports
- Payroll processing (training provided if required)
- Assist with VAT, EC Sales, Intrastat, and other statutory reports
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
The Ideal Candidate
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade B or above) plus 3 additional GCSEs (A*C)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator and team player
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
