Connexus UK are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing local business that supplies tools and equipment across the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their team and looking for a reliable and practical Warehouse & Facilities Operative to support the upkeep and smooth running of their busy warehouse.
This is a key support role within the team, helping maintain high standards across the warehouse and ensuring the environment remains clean, safe and organised at all times.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping the warehouse and yard areas tidy and well organised
- Ensuring all rubbish is cleared and disposed of in the correct skips
- Breaking down and safely disposing of old pallets
- Supporting general housekeeping duties across the site
- Assisting with general upkeep and small practical tasks as required
- Supporting the wider warehouse team when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse, maintenance or facilities experience (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks
- Good awareness of health & safety
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone dependable who takes pride in keeping their workplace running smoothly.
