We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company specialising in the retail, wholesale, and servicing of refrigeration, air conditioning, and catering equipment across Northern Ireland. The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of ventilation and air conditioning systems across a wide range of commercial and industrial sites. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and service ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on HVAC systems.
- Carry out maintenance and repair work on single splits, VRV systems, chillers, air handling units, and ventilation systems.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Essential Criteria
- Time-served Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer.
- City & Guilds Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum 3 yearsβ post-apprenticeship experience in service and repair.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
