The Role
You will play a key role in supporting operations, procurement, and finance, ensuring the business remains organised, efficient, and well-coordinated.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, with flexibility where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Support (Primary Focus)
- Support the smooth running of day-to-day operations
- Assist with planning, coordination, and organisation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Identify issues early and support practical solutions
- Procurement
- Support supplier coordination and ordering processes
- Manage stock levels and supplier communication
- Ensure materials are in place to support production

- Assist with invoicing, tracking, and reporting
