Lead a Skilled Fabrication Team in a Growing Manufacturing Business
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing business supplying specialist fabrication, finishing and assembly solutions to a diverse range of industries including construction, transport, renewable energy, materials handling and data centres.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced fabricator or welder who is ready to take ownership of a busy fabrication department, drive production performance, and support a skilled team in delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.
The Role
As Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the fabrication department, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Production Manager, you will coordinate workloads, oversee production schedules, support your team, and ensure fabrication activities run smoothly while meeting customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
