Known for their quality products, technical expertise, and commitment to customer service, the business continues to grow and invest in both its people and operations. Due to continued success, they are now seeking an experienced and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead their Belfast branch.
The Role
This is a key leadership position with full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the branch. The successful candidate will oversee operations, drive sales growth, and lead a motivated team while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Branch Operations
- Manage all aspects of daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, organisation, and compliance with company procedures
- Oversee stock control, merchandising, and overall branch presentation
- Ensure health, safety, and operational standards are consistently met
- Sales & Commercial Performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
- Monitor branch KPIs and take proactive action to improve performance and profitability

- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and technical product knowledge
- Resolve escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner

About You
- Proven experience in a Branch Manager or similar leadership role
- Background within tools, equipment, trade counter, construction supply, or retail environments
- Strong commercial awareness with experience driving sales performance
- Confident people manager with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with systems and reports
