Skimlinks, a Taboola company, is the world's leading Content-to-Commerce platform that helps publishers monetize their commercial content and assists merchants and brands in finding people interested in buying their products. Skimlinks aids publishers in generating additional revenue through automated affiliate marketing. By consolidating 24,000 partner programs from over 55 affiliate networks, million websites can earn commissions and better understand the purchasing behavior of their visitors. Clients include Conde Nast, Huffington Post, Business Insider, Buzzfeed, and Refinery29. Our goal is to help publishers be appropriately rewarded for the role their content plays in creating purchasing intent and to create a much-needed funding model for the internet.

Following the continued expansion of our publisher network, we are seeking a collaborative, analytical, and relationship-driven Publisher Account Manager to nurture and grow an exciting portfolio of key accounts. You will be passionate about strategic partnerships and excel at deepening existing relationships to unlock mutual value. Using a consultative approach, you will act as a trusted advisor to some of the largest publishers in the UK, identifying opportunities for optimisation and ensuring long-term retention. Our ideal champion is incredibly professional, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a knack for turning data into actionable growth strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Relationship Stewardship: Acting as the primary point of contact to build and maintain deep, lasting partnerships with our UK publishers.
  • Strategic Growth: Optimizing account performance to ensure publishers consistently achieve their strategic goals and maximize their ROI.
  • Insight-Led Consulting: Creating and analyzing performance reports to monitor progress and present data-driven recommendations during business reviews.
  • Retention & Expansion: Reviewing existing relationships to identify risks and implement optimization strategies that increase account health and lifetime value.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Managing the integration of new publishers, ensuring a seamless transition and fast platform adoption.
  • Account Hygiene: Setting up, monitoring, and logging progress through internal systems and Excel to maintain a clear record of account health and milestones.
  • Industry Advocacy: Representing the company at conferences and industry events to stay ahead of trends and better serve your portfolio.
Requirements
  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • Proven experience in Account Management or Client Success, preferably with a large publisher or an ad-tech platform.
  • Solid understanding of various online marketing channels (Performance, Display, PPC, SEO) to better consult with partners.
  • Strong comfort level working with cross-functional technical teams to resolve partner issues or implement new features.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Desired Experience:
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, digital advertising, ad-tech, or consulting.
  • Experience in portfolio management and executing long-term account growth strategies.
  • A track record of contributing at both strategic (long-term planning) and operational (day-to-day execution) levels.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
