About the Role: The Merchant Development Intern is based in London and reports to the Director, Merchant Account Management. The Intern will work on business development initiatives and gain experience and develop knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and Commerce Content while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Merchant Development Intern will have the opportunity to work closely with different teams in the company from Commercial, to Marketing and Product.
Job Description:
- Support with reviewing data sets and uncovering opportunities for optimisations for key clients.
- Uploading offers/deals to the UI.
- Proactive outreach to Advertisers not currently on the Skimlinks platform.
- Assist in optimisation activities across merchants and publishers in EMEA using data led decisions.
Requirements:
- Completed or is in the final year of university, preferably with a focus on business or marketing.
- Commitment to join a minimum 12 months internship program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to commute to London office three days per week (Address: Aldgate House, 33 Aldgate High Street, London).
