The Creator Acquisition and Onboarding Intern for our ShopYourLikes UK division is a key role focused on supporting the growth of our Creator base, helping identify, onboard and nurture creators that fit our Ideal Customer Profiles. Success in this role is measured by the growth of the creator count across our agreed verticals and needs. The ideal candidate may have some experience knowing what makes a good Creator, and what to look for when finding the right fit for specific Advertiser briefs. This is an important role in supporting the success of our Advertisers’ campaigns in the Social Commerce space.
General Responsibilities of the Role:- Identify, source, and recruit ideal customer profile creators across agreed priority categories to expand our platform’s talent ecosystem
- Collaborate with Creator Partnerships Managers, Marketing and Growth teams to run targeted acquisition initiatives, events, and referral programs
- Evaluate creator quality, audience alignment, and monetisation potential to ensure strong pipeline fit
- Convert prospective creators to active partners through compelling onboarding, education, and performance guidance
- Support onboarding and education of new creators with a focus on long-term engagement
- Assist in campaign management and reporting, prioritising high-impact initiatives
- Support the wider teams in campaign monitoring and execution
- Completed or is in the final year of university, preferably with a focus on business or marketing
- Commitment to join a minimum 6-months internship program
- Experience working within the digital marketing or affiliate Industry
- Experience of client-facing interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
