The Social Commerce Partnerships Manager is a key role focused on onboarding new creators and talent agencies while nurturing those relationships for growth and retention. Success in this role is measured by new creator and creator agency acquisition that fit our agreed Ideal Customer Profile, Key Creator experience, retention rate, and agency referrals. The ideal candidate will have experience in social commerce and creator management from micro to macro, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.

General Responsibilities of the Role
  • Acquisition
    • Identify, source, and recruit high‑potential creators across priority categories to expand our platform’s talent ecosystem.
    • Build strong relationships with prospective creators, clearly articulating our value proposition and revenue potential.
    • Leverage existing relationships with talent agencies and creator manager networks to source and engage new creators.
    • Partner with top 200 talent agencies to identify creators aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile and performance goals.
    • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to run targeted acquisition initiatives, events, and referral programs.
    • Evaluate creator quality, audience alignment, and monetisation potential to ensure strong pipeline fit.
    • Convert prospective creators into active partners through compelling onboarding, education, and performance guidance.
  • Relationships Building
    • Provide guidance to Key Creators and agencies as needed, helping them achieve growth and monetization goals.
    • Maintain strong, high‑level relationships with creators through regular, targeted communication.
    • Monitor creator content and performance patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Support onboarding and education of new creators with a focus on long‑term engagement.
    • Assist in campaign management and reporting, prioritizing high‑impact initiatives.
    • Support highest growing sponsorships campaigns and deliverables.
    • Work with marketing to plan a 12‑month events plan aimed at strengthening relationships with talent agencies.
  • Revenue Growth
    • Deliver high‑quality coaching strategies to increase performance and drive incremental revenue (such as content and retailer diversification).
    • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate cross‑functionally to optimise advertisers’ goals.
    • Support and pitch to Key Enterprise Advertisers as needed, to win large sponsorship budgets for our Creator universe.
    • Analyse daily reports to prioritise growth with high‑performing and re‑engaged creators.
    • Meet and exceed quarterly financial and north‑star metric goals.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, social commerce, or affiliate marketing, ideally across both affiliate and sponsorship models.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and onboarding new creators, including assessing fit against an Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive creator growth and revenue through coaching, performance insights, and strategic guidance.
  • Strong understanding of creator monetization, including affiliate performance, retailer dynamics, and sponsorship value.
  • Experience collaborating with Talent Managers, Agencies, or Creator collectives, with the ability to communicate commercial value clearly.
  • Comfortable analysing creator content, audience data, and daily performance metrics to identify opportunities and prioritise time.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills with creators and partners, using high‑touch communication when needed.
  • Highly organized and efficient, able to manage pipelines, creator touchpoints, and campaign activity without heavy administrative overhead.
  • A deep passion for creators, social trends, and platform dynamics, paired with strong intuition for what drives engagement and conversions.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage acquisition funnels and track creator performance.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset suited for a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
