- 3+ years in performance marketing, affiliate or lead-gen operations
- Numerate — you'll be reading approval rates and dispute trends daily
- Tough but fair — bad publishers stay bad and need to go
What you'll own
- Grow vetted publisher base from N to 100 in 12 months
- Own dispute resolution and quality scoring
- Recruit + manage 2–3 publisher account managers
