Our client is a fast-growing, practical cybersecurity training company on a mission to train cyber defenders through hands-on, scenario-based learning. The company serves both individual learners and corporate clients, blending deep domain expertise with scalable, mission-driven training solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer to take full executive ownership of the product function and play a central role in shaping the company’s next phase of growth. This is a highly strategic and commercially critical leadership role, suited to a seasoned product leader with experience building, scaling and monetising B2B products, ideally in SaaS or platform environments.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CPO will work closely with the CEO and CCO to evolve the company’s offering into a scalable, enterprise-focused platform that drives recurring revenue and long-term value creation.
The successful candidate will lead a broad, multi-disciplinary remit spanning Product, Design, Content and Data, ensuring these functions are aligned to commercial priorities, customer value and strategic growth.
- Clear pricing, packaging and product structures aligned to enterprise customer needs
- Increased average contract value and improved ability to support scalable, repeatable deals
- Strong alignment between Product and Commercial, with shared ownership of growth outcomes
- Lead the shift from course-led offerings to solution-led products
- Own pricing, packaging and monetisation strategy
- Prioritise product development against the highest-value customer segments
- Lead and align Product, Design, Content and Data teams
- Build effective feedback loops between Product and Commercial
- Support enterprise sales through product positioning and solution development
- Represent Product in executive, investor and board-level discussions
Experience in e-learning or digital training products
- Proven experience owning product strategy at company or business unit level
- Experience in pricing and packaging strategy
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across Product, Design, Data and related functions
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner closely with Sales and Marketing
- Able to work from our central London office at least 1 day per week
