What success looks like:
- B2B revenue transitions from transactional sales to a repeatable, ARR-based enterprise offering
- Clear pricing, packaging and product structures aligned to enterprise customer needs
- Increased average contract value and improved ability to support scalable, repeatable deals
- Strong alignment between Product and Commercial, with shared ownership of growth outcomes
- A high-performing product organisation with strong accountability and strategic maturity
Key responsibilities:
- Own and articulate the company-wide product vision and strategy
- Lead the shift from course-led offerings to solution-led products
- Own pricing, packaging and monetisation strategy
- Support recurring revenue growth, enterprise adoption and product expansion
- Prioritise product development against the highest-value customer segments
- Lead and align Product, Design, Content and Data teams
- Build effective feedback loops between Product and Commercial
- Support enterprise sales through product positioning and solution development
- Represent Product in executive, investor and board-level discussions
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience in Product Management, including senior or executive leadership roles
- Proven experience in cybersecurity product environments
- Experience in e-learning or digital training products
- Proven experience owning product strategy at company or business unit level
- Strong track record scaling B2B SaaS or platform products in growth-stage businesses
- Experience in pricing and packaging strategy
- Experience driving recurring revenue growth and supporting enterprise sales
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across Product, Design, Data and related functions
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner closely with Sales and Marketing
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work from our central London office at least 1 day per week
