Role Overview

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will take ownership of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it is secure, optimised and aligned to business needs. You will manage user access, data integrity and system configuration while translating stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions. Acting as a key bridge between business and technical teams, you will oversee releases, uphold best practices and drive continuous improvement across the platform. This role also includes mentoring team members and supporting high‑quality, reliable day‑to‑day operations and long‑term strategic delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain Salesforce configuration, data quality and security best practices.
  • Manage user access, role hierarchy and permission sets to meet business requirements.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions within Salesforce.
  • Act as liaison between business and technical teams for releases, testing and system enhancements.
  • Mentor junior team members and support ongoing training and onboarding.
  • Support day‑to‑day operations, workflow automation and long‑term strategic delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce platform (configuration, data, security).
  • Experience managing user access, permission sets and role hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high service expectations.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, best practices and change management within Salesforce.
  • Working within a culture of exceptional customer service.
