An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our MTVH Customer Accounts (Collections) Team as a Customer Accounts Analyst, a key role within the team. In this position, you’ll play a vital part in using systems and data to deliver meaningful analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support our teams in improving rent and debt collection performance. You’ll help drive KPI achievement and contribute to delivering an enhanced service for our residents.
Based in our Beeston office we offer a competitive salary. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of working in the office 2–3 days per week. The position is full-time and permanent, with a 37.5‑hour working week, Monday to Friday. Working hours can be discussed and agreed.
Qualifications- Experience working within a collections or income recovery environment (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of systems including NEC, Power BI and Excel (essential)
- Experience using a housing management system, ideally NEC (essential)
- An understanding of arrears management and income collection processes (essential)
- The ability to analyse data and identify trends that support operational improvements
- Confidence in presenting and explaining complex information clearly to a range of audiences
- A logical, analytical approach to problem‑solving
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with confidence handling large volumes of data
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships
- A positive, self‑motivated approach and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
