- Providing person-centred care and support.
- Assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.
- Supporting individuals in their homes and within the community.
- Building positive and professional relationships with those you support.
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans.
- Working flexibly across different locations when required.

Role Requirements
This role may involve:
- Working in a variety of locations, including community settings and outdoor environments.
- Regular use of computers and telephone systems.
- Reaching, bending, kneeling, and other physical activities.
- Pushing and pulling equipment, including supporting wheelchair users.
- Light to moderate lifting duties.
- Using hoists and other lifting equipment where required.
