MTVH is seeking a Local Housing Manager to deliver high-quality housing and estate services across a defined patch, mainly office-based with field work.
You will coordinate internal and external services, handle tenancy matters and ASB cases, and represent MTVH to residents across rented tenancies.
You will liaise with the Local Authority and partners, manage complaints, and contribute to community initiatives. Flexibility for occasional weekend work is required.
