Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is seeking a People Assistant to join our People Team, providing a proactive, customer-focused HR service across MTVH.

You will be a first point of contact for routine HR queries and help ensure colleagues and managers receive timely, professional support throughout the employee lifecycle.

You'll support starters, changes, leavers, resourcing, engagement and wellbeing, HR data and reporting, and help maintain accurate records, contracts and documentation.
