Dans le cadre de cette expansion, le/la International Business Developer H/F est responsable du développement commercial et de la promotion des technologies du Groupe sur son périmètre géographique. Véritable ambassadeur/ambassadrice de la maison mère, il/elle facilite la coopération entre les équipes locales et les services centraux (R&D, produit, production, etc.), tout en assurant la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et la satisfaction client.

Fonctions & Missions principales :

  • Identifier, contacter et qualifier de nouveaux prospects en cohĂ©rence avec la stratĂ©gie commerciale du Groupe et les applications technologiques prioritaires.
  • Promouvoir l'ensemble de l'offre du Groupe (R&D, procĂ©dĂ©s, composants) auprès des clients et accompagner les clients depuis l'expression du besoin jusqu'au lancement en production, en lien avec les Ă©quipes techniques.
  • NĂ©gocier et conclure les contrats commerciaux (prix, dĂ©lais, qualitĂ©, solutions techniques).
  • Assurer un suivi rĂ©gulier des clients et du cycle de vie des projets pour entretenir la relation et dĂ©tecter de nouvelles opportunitĂ©s.
  • Collecter et remonter les informations marchĂ© (concurrence, tendances, nouvelles applications), en collaboration avec les Ă©quipes produit.
  • Tenir Ă  jour le suivi commercial (rapports de visite, CRM, reporting quantitatif et qualitatif).

Marketing & Développement :

  • DĂ©velopper et animer un rĂ©seau de partenaires commerciaux (organismes professionnels, Business France, CCI, consultants, etc.).
  • ReprĂ©senter le Groupe lors d'Ă©vĂ©nements professionnels (salons, confĂ©rences, forums) pour accroĂ®tre sa visibilitĂ© et renforcer son positionnement.
  • Contribuer Ă  la communication locale (animation de la page pays sur les rĂ©seaux sociaux professionnels, actions de visibilitĂ©).
  • Assurer la liaison entre la maison mère et les Ă©quipes locales, en favorisant le partage d'informations, de bonnes pratiques et la diffusion des prioritĂ©s stratĂ©giques.
  • ĂŠtre le relais des projets internationaux et veiller Ă  leur bonne comprĂ©hension et appropriation au niveau local.
  • Sensibiliser les Ă©quipes du pays d'accueil aux enjeux et Ă  la culture du Groupe.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation supĂ©rieure (Bac +3 Ă  Bac +8) Ă  dominante technique : matĂ©riaux, mĂ©canique, physique, ingĂ©nierie industrielle ou Ă©quivalent.
  • ExpĂ©rience dans un environnement industriel, idĂ©alement en vente technique ou dĂ©veloppement commercial B2B.
  • Connaissances ou appĂ©tence pour les technologies de transformation des matĂ©riaux ou les procĂ©dĂ©s industriels complexes.
  • Une expĂ©rience Ă  l'international ou dans un environnement multiculturel est fortement apprĂ©ciĂ©e.
