We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to test our customer experience platform. You will design and execute both manual front-end and API test scripts; perform debugging via CLI using shell; and have the opportunity to test our in-house AI product suite. This collaborative role involves working closely with development and data science, contributing to technical discussions, shaping testing approaches, mentoring others and embedding testing best practices. Ideal for an experienced manual tester looking to expand into modern AI technologies. This role provides the opportunity to ensure our systems are trustworthy, safe and consistent; directly impacting the performance and reliability of ConnexAI. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Software Test Engineer or similar role Required Proven background in Manual Testing Experience in working with AI systems Minimum 2 years of proven experience with API Testing Experience with Linux (bash / shell) Ideal API Testing experience with Playwright API, cURL or Postman (OAuth2.0 support planning, visibility and alignment Proactive, able to plan efficiently after feedback or discussions Highly analytical with strong attention to detail Works independently and collaboratively Thrives in fast-paced environments; excellent time management Strong communicator: documents concisely and expresses reasoned opinions #J-18808-Ljbffr
