Connex AI in Manchester is seeking an Enterprise Support Engineer for our 2nd Line Support team to resolve complex issues and deliver solutions across our platform.
You’ll analyse logs, troubleshoot software behaviour, work with Postgre SQL, APIs, JSONata and integrations, and collaborate with Development and AI teams.
This role offers hands-on experience, ownership of customer projects, and direct engagement with enterprise customers.
