The Role

We’re looking for committed, detail‑oriented individuals to join our growing team in Data Operations.

You'll work on‑site (Monday to Friday) at our Manchesteroffice, maintaining high standards of data security and confidentiality.

As a Data Ops Engineer, you will

  • Work with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Data Annotators to improve our Data Operations processes
  • Work with and experiment using in‑house AI models to label large quantities of in‑house and external data for downstream human‑in‑the‑loop Data Annotation operations and model training
  • Work on perfecting pipelines for processing raw data into valuable datasets
  • Implement research into solutions focused on efficient data management and storage
  • Help build an accessible platform for Data Science to utilise this data for model training
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Batchelors/Masters Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similarly quantitative field
  • Strong Python skills with experience using libraries such as pandas, Num Py
  • Experience working with data science, experimentation, statistical analysis, or machine learning systems is preferable
  • Willing to take a hands‑on approach to Data Operations, including annotation and quality review tasks as needed.
  • Experience working with Databases.
  • Comfortable working with high security data, including production environments
