The Business Development Executive is responsible for selling ConnexAI’s customer engagement platform across the UK, Europe and beyond. This 100% office‑based role requires a target‑driven, motivated sales professional eager to build a career in software sales.
Main Responsibilities:- Outbound outreach to potential customers via phone, LinkedIn, email and other demand generation tools to develop a strong pipeline.
- Opportunity qualification: uncovering and understanding customer pains and challenges and explaining how ConnexAI can address them.
- Achieving set targets: meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals based on the number of meetings booked with decision makers.
- Relationship building and management: engaging with decision makers at all levels across various industries.
- Previous outbound sales experience (advantage).
- Knowledge and experience of software sales (advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competitive base salary (£30,000 + OTE) with uncapped commission based on booked appointments and deals. Team‑based, target‑driven incentives. Competitive annual leave (UK public holidays) and pension contribution.
