Deployment Coordinator

We're looking for a Deployment Excellence Coordinator to join our growing Operations team, helping deliver AI agent deployments for customers across a range of industries. You'll coordinate deployments from planning through go-live, ensuring projects run smoothly, documentation is accurate, risks are managed proactively, and customers receive a seamless implementation experience. What you'll be doing: Coordinate AI agent deployments across multiple customers and projects. Maintain deployment documentation, tracking tools and operational records. Monitor deployment progress, identifying and escalating risks, issues and dependencies. Support deployment readiness, go-live activities and post-deployment reviews. Produce deployment reports, metrics and status updates. Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and customer experience. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Operations teams. We're looking for someone with: Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability. Experience maintaining documentation and operational records. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar and Drive). A genuine interest in AI, technology and continuous improvement. Nice to have: Experience in SaaS, AI or technology companies. Experience supporting customer implementations or deployments. Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems. Knowledge of deployment, implementation or project delivery processes. Experience producing operational reports or dashboards.
