ConnexAI is looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented individual to join our Numbers Team. As a multinational AI and SaaS provider, we support a diverse global customer base with telecommunications and numbering services. As a Numbers Engineer, you will be responsible for managing customer requests for new telephone numbers across various geographic regions. You will ensure requests are processed efficiently, in accordance with internal policies, and configured accurately within our platform for customer use.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests for new telephone numbers across multiple regions
  • Order and allocate new numbers from carriers on behalf of customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date number routing information
  • Ensure compliance with internal allocation policies
  • Liaise with customers to understand and support their requirements
  • Work with Meta, WhatsApp, and other integrated messaging platforms
  • Interact with carrier and internal systems to provision and configure numbers
  • Collaborate effectively with team members

  • Experience using online collaboration tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google business productivity suites
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow documented procedures accurately
