We're supporting a global retail business in hiring People Systems Analysts to join their high-performing People & Culture function. This is a permanent opportunity to work with a leading international retail brand, focusing on optimising and supporting their global SAP SuccessFactors platform.
You'll be instrumental in shaping the evolution of HR systems, processes, and data insights across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding through to performance, compensation, and workforce planning.
Working structure: 2/3 days per month in Bicester, 2/3 days per month in London, the rest from home.
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Benefits
What You'll Be Doing:
- Act as the system owner and subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Recruiting
- Manage day-to-day system configuration, permissions, user access, data accuracy and integrity
- Partner with HR teams and business users to identify system enhancements and streamline processes
- Develop and deliver reporting, dashboards and analytics using SAP SuccessFactors tools and other platforms
- Support the rollout of new modules, releases and updates - including testing, documentation, and training
- Liaise with external vendors, IT teams, and stakeholders across geographies to ensure platform stability and alignment to business strategy
- Drive user adoption by delivering engaging training and ongoing support
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience administering SAP SuccessFactors (ideally across multiple modules)
- Deep understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
- Confident with data management, systems reporting, and process mapping
- Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to translate technical detail into business-friendly insights
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and international environment
