UI Designer

We’re looking for a UI Designer to join our Product & Design team at ConnexAI, where you’ll help define how users experience our AI-powered SaaS platform used by organisations worldwide to engage millions of customers daily. You\’ll design the front end of real-time dashboards, data-driven insights tools, omnichannel comms modules, and cutting-edge AI features. This will include a mixture of responsive interfaces, data visualisation, and high-usage enterprise UIs. Your day-to-day will revolve around Figma: maintaining and evolving our design system, collaborating across teams, and iterating quickly to meet real-world product demands. It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and full of opportunities to produce great designs. ConnexAI builds next generation customer engagement tools powered by Conversational AI, LLMs, and data-rich automation. With major global investment and teams on five continents, we’re scaling rapidly, and design plays a central role in that journey. You’ll be designing for a complex, multi-product platform that includes everything from AI-powered chat flows to real-time agent dashboards. Responsibilities Design and maintain UI components and patterns across web and mobile applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create intuitive interfaces Translate wireframes and user requirements into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes in Figma Contribute to and evolve our design system and component libraries Ensure consistency and usability across all product interfaces Requirements: 2+ years of professional experience in UI design Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools Experience working with design systems and component libraries Strong portfolio showcasing user interface work and design process Excellent communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and a passion for user-centred design Nice to have Experience working in agile development environments Basic understanding of React and MUI5 About ConnexAI ConnexAI is an award-winning Conversational AI platform.
