Are you a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity?
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a supportive Catholic Primary School for a motivated and nurturing Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their welcoming EYFS team, supporting children within their Reception provision.
The Role:
- Support children’s learning across indoor and outdoor EYFS provision.
- Deliver small-group learning activities tailored to individual needs.
- Support children’s development, including those with SEND.
- Assist the class teacher with classroom preparation and resources.
- Promote positive behaviour and create a nurturing learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a recognised Level 3 EYFS qualification (or equivalent).
- Has experience working with young children, ideally in Reception.
- Has a positive, patient and nurturing approach.
- Demonstrates strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Is confident supporting children with additional needs.
- Can work effectively as part of a supportive team.
- Shares and respects the Catholic ethos of the school.
