Connex Education is working with a Primary school in Cardiff to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will support the class teacher with behaviour management, provide additional instruction, and assist with various classroom activities. You will work closely with pupils to reinforce learning, offer one-on-one support, and help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery, classroom behaviour management, and providing individual or small group support. You will assist in preparing learning materials, tracking pupil progress, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment. Your role will be key in helping young learners develop essential academic skills while supporting their social and emotional growth.

Person Specification:
- Aged 18 and over
- C or above in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
- DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
- EWC registered
