About the Role
Connex Education is recruiting Classroom Support Assistants to work in partnership with schools across Stoke-on-Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with experience in education who are eager to start a fulfilling career supporting teaching and learning.

What You’ll Need
- A degree or relevant qualification in education or a related field
- Experience working with children in an educational setting (voluntary or paid)
- Confidence in managing behaviour and supporting the teacher with classroom routines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Genuine passion for education and child development
- Current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply through Connex Education
- Proof of right to work in the UK (required to apply)
