About the Role
Connex Education is recruiting Classroom Support Assistants to work in partnership with schools across Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with experience in education who are eager to start a fulfilling career supporting teaching and learning.

What You’ll Need
- A degree or relevant qualification in education or a related field
- Experience working with children in an educational setting (voluntary or paid)
- Confidence in managing behaviour and supporting the teacher with classroom routines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Genuine passion for education and child development
- Current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply through Connex Education
- Proof of right to work in the UK (required to apply)
